The drop point blade is comprised of satin finished CPM-S30V premium stainless steel. S30V is an amazing crucible steel known for its superior edge holding ability, as well as its corrosion resistance. A TRUE stainless steel, CPM-S30V requires little maintenance and out-performs other steels like D2 by 619%. The blade can be easily opened one-handed using the AXIS lock and dual thumbstuds.
Contoured Dymondwood scales sit on stainless steel liners for a comfortable, solid grip. Jimping along the spine helps create a solid thumb purchase, and there is even jimping on the back to assist with pulling the knife from your pocket! The scales have been carved to reveal part of the liners that have been drilled in case a lanyard is wanted. Includes a reversible, split arrow pocket clip that is mounted for tip-up carry.
