: We were pleased to meet Johan van der Walt at the Knifemakers’ Guild of Southern Africa 2023 Annual Knife Show. Johan is from Johannesburg, South Africa and is creating some exceptional handmade folding knives. He builds working folders inteded for use, though they would feel right at home in any knife collection.
The blade on this JB1 Linerlock Flipper is hand ground stainless damascus forged by Zladinox. The blade is hollow ground for an easy to maintain edge.
Handle scales are ivory paper Micarta set on black titanium liners. They meet erfectly with dovetailed black titanium bolsters.
