Designed by Tim Galyean and precision built by Zero Tolerance, the 0022 practically disappears in your pocket — until it’s needed. The ZT0022 is adept at a full range of cutting tasks around home and office. This is currently the smallest knife in ZT’s lineup.
The small clip point blade is made from CPM 20CV high-chromium stainless steel. This powdered metallurgy tool steel has a high volume of vanadium carbides for exceptional wear resistance—and a truly long-lasting edge. The highest level of chromium of any high-vanadium steel gives 20CV excellent corrosion resistance as well.
The Zero Tolerance 0022 locks up securely thanks to a frame lock with hardened steel lockbar insert. Like many ZTs, the 0022 opens quickly and easily with the KVT ball-bearing system and a built-in flipper.
The handle features a carbon fiber front scale with a bead blasted titanium back. Even though it’s small, the ZT 0022 is designed for hand comfort with deep finger contours to ensure a good two finger grip. A blue anodized pivot ring and matching tube spacers make an attractive contrast with the dark carbon fiber scale. The pocket clip can be mounted for right or left-handed, tip-up carry.
